FAQ

How does care at Linnea work?

You join online with a health questionnaire; a licensed provider reviews it and decides with you whether a program is appropriate; if a medication is prescribed, a state-licensed pharmacy prepares and ships it; ongoing care happens in your patient portal.

Who are the providers?

Licensed clinicians operating in your state. Every prescribing decision is theirs, made from your health history.

Does FDA approve compounded medications?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved — FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They're prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual prescriptions, and a licensed provider decides whether one is appropriate for you before anything is prescribed.

How does pricing work?

Every program page shows its full pricing — the standard price, the first-cycle price, and renewal options — before you're asked to join.

What is Stelo and who gets it?

Stelo is a Dexcom glucose biosensor. Longevity and Medical Weight Loss memberships include a 1-month supply — two biosensors — in the first month to establish your baseline; wellness and sexual-health programs don't include it. After the first month, members can reorder from Linnea month to month.

How do I get support?

Email hello@linneahealth.com for general questions, or support@linneahealth.com for account, billing, and cancellation questions. For anything clinical — symptoms, side effects, medication questions — message your care team in the patient portal. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
