How it works

Every Linnea program — whatever it's for — runs through the same spine: a licensed provider who reviews your health history and decides, with you, what's appropriate. Here's what that looks like.

  1. Join online

Joining starts with a short health questionnaire — your history, current medications, and what you're hoping to address. That's the file your provider works from.

  2. A licensed provider evaluates your health history

A licensed provider, operating in your state, reviews everything before any decision is made. They may message you with follow-up questions. No program moves forward without this step — it's the point of the whole model.

  3. If prescribed, a state-licensed pharmacy fills your order

Prescriptions go to a state-licensed pharmacy to be prepared and shipped. If your provider decides a medication isn't appropriate, it isn't prescribed — that's the system working as intended.

  4. Ongoing care in your patient portal

Your relationship with your care team lives in the patient portal at care.linneahealth.com — messages, refills, plan adjustments, and follow-ups, all in one place.
