Questions
How does pricing work?
$237 covers 12 weeks of your program — $79 a month. Each renewal starts with a check-in your provider reviews, and you manage your membership in your patient portal.
Why does the first month include Stelo?
A 1-month supply — two biosensors — comes with your first cycle to establish your baseline: how food, movement, stress, and sleep shape your glucose. Each biosensor lasts up to 15 days.
Will I need a video visit?
Usually not — a licensed provider reviews your intake online. Some states require a video visit, and you or your provider can ask for one.
How do refills work?
Refills don't happen on the website — they're managed in your patient portal, where your care team reviews how things are going and handles adjustments.
Does FDA approve compounded medications?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved — FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They're prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual prescriptions, and a licensed provider decides whether one is appropriate for you before anything is prescribed.
