No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved — FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They're prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual prescriptions, and a licensed provider decides whether one is appropriate for you before anything is prescribed.
What's different from the two-medication vial?
It adds vardenafil, a third PDE5 inhibitor, in the same single-dose format. Whether two or three medications is appropriate for you is your provider's decision.
